second born

On June 5, 1979 I was blessed with another child, this time a son, whom we named Phillip Douglas Ticknor.

He has been a very good son and friend to me. I am a very proud mom. Through Phil's years of growing up from crawling to graduation.

Watching him dance, playing football, and collecting baseball cards are some of my memories.

He always played Santa on Christmas, for quite sometime, being the
youngest

Announcing games at Seton High School, and becoming a young gentleman. Time was flying by, and soon it was Proms and graduation from high school.

Thus I once again had to cut the apron strings and away he went to Goucher College in Baltimore, MD.While he attended Goucher he worked in the Athletic Department as Assistant to the Sports Information Director.

Phil did a paper on Japaness Mass Media, in the Fall of 1999, for his course in International Mass Media.

Before Phil graduated he went to several interviews. He was offered and accepted the position of Sports Information Director at Washington College, in Chestertown Maryland.

He has moved into an apartment in Chestertown ,Md walking distance to work. He also has a girlfriend named Michelle, this June 2006 Michelle ,Phillip and sister( Janet) and her family went to Disney World. The picture below is a pic taken at Disney World.

In the the early fall of 2007

Phil ask Michelle Ward to marry him. I am a mom to be and Michelle will be my new daughter soon. (She is such a nice person I can't waite for the lovely day to arrive.) The big day is schedule for sometime in the summer of 2009. They are so cute together and I realize they are both in love with each other. They are both now sharing an apartment in Middletown, Delaware, along with Michelle's dog "Ginger."
